Our founder and CEO,
Marcus Rich
Licensed since 2005, Marcus combines extensive property management expertise with a passion for helping clients find their perfect space. For him, real estate provides an avenue for giving families safety, shelter and a place to grow. Through his company The Rich Investment Group, he specializes in buying and rehabbing outdated or distressed properties, renovating them back to their former glory, then selling them back to community members across South L.A. Marcus loves assisting first-time homebuyers secure a foothold for building wealth by providing quality, renovated residences. He plans to eventually expand into developing larger multi-family housing projects to continue enriching and giving back to local neighborhoods.
When he’s not closing deals, you can often find Marcus gazing at the stars and exploring the cosmos. He has a profound fascination with the mysteries of the universe – black holes, galaxy and star formation, and the origins of life. His continual pursuit of knowledge on all things space related fuels his imagination. Marcus also indulges in cinema, architecture, interior design, muscle cars, and pushing fitness limits through weights, cardio and martial arts.
